We are seeking an experienced Draughtsman with expertise in building construction, including architectural and Civil work.

Job Description

• Create detailed architectural and civil drawings and plans using AutoCAD 2D and 3D, and other drawing tools, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.
• Work closely with architects and engineers to update and revise drawings based on their input, and stakeholder feedback.
• Evaluate and ensure that drawings meet industry standards for accuracy and clarity.
• Keep drawing records updated and assist in creating presentation materials.
• Participate in site visits as needed to verify drawing compliance and address drawing-related challenges.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a technical degree in a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Draughtsman in architectural or civil work, within construction field.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software, with in-depth knowledge of drawing standards, building regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational abilities.
• Effective at problem-solving, communication, and multitasking in team-oriented environment.
• Capable of working independently and meeting work deadlines.
