About the Company:

ATOMIC-SHOP is an international company specializing in motorsport and tuning parts. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Specialist to join our office in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with suppliers, the finance department, and logistics companies.

Placing purchase orders and monitoring delivery timelines.

Tracking inventory levels and ensuring timely stock replenishment.

Processing incoming requests and product inquiries from sales departments.

Managing supply chain needs across multiple company branches.

Handling supplier payments and reconciliation of accounts. Working with price lists and catalogs, tracking changes in supplier assortments.

Coordinating imports and product certification with suppliers.

Monitoring order deliveries from suppliers to receiving branches.

Overseeing customs clearance of shipments. Collaborating with transportation companies and calculating shipping costs.

Skills

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and/or logistics.

✔ Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).

✔ Strong negotiation skills and ability to find optimal solutions.

✔ Experience with ERP systems (Zoho), MS Office, Google Apps.

✔ Attention to detail, responsibility, and analytical thinking.

✔ Residency in Dubai or willingness to relocate.

Working Conditions:

Location: Office in Dubai.

Schedule: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Probation period: 3 months.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
