-Prepare and present bakery products (bread, pastries, desserts, etc.) according to quality standards.
-Oversee a designated kitchen section and coordinate with Commis Chefs and Kitchen Helpers.
-Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
-Monitor stock levels and assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies.
