Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-reputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Trainee Process Operator to handle semi-automatic and manual deboning processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the meat and poultry processing industry and a strong understanding of food safety, equipment handling, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate semi-automatic and manual deboning processes efficiently.
- Read and understand complex equipment manuals and standard operational procedures.
- Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures diligently.
- Conduct regular machine condition checks.
- Perform preventive maintenance based on PM checklists.
- Prepare materials and assemble equipment before starting the line.
- Monitor production equipment and adjust parameters as per standard protocols.
- Assist with minor maintenance during troubleshooting and repairs.
- Report any non-conformance related to process, safety, or food quality.
- Support the production supervisor in meeting the schedule.
- Complete and interpret control charts accurately.
- Manage material ordering and inventory.
- Minimize product loss, waste, scrap, and rework.

Requirements- Minimum 7 years of production experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.
- At least 5 years as an Operator/Technician in multinational companies 
- Diploma or High School qualification.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
