Synopsis
Effectively communicates with a variety of technical and managerial professionals experienced in Crew Resources and operation of complex crewing systems that support airline operations. Bring specific experience in various aspects of Crew Resources supply chain including those elements associated with Crew Pairings Optimization, Crew Roster Optimization, Crew tracking technologies
Accountabilities
- Lead and influence a project team of multiple disciplines including external stakeholders, iteratively prioritize tasks according to importance & understand task-dependencies to meet project objectives.
- Develop & constantly update a robust project plan to ensure on-time, to-budget and to-specification project delivery.
- Project Budget development control ensuring periodical reporting on project status and financials to senior management.
- Ability to manage well under-pressure and address project risks within protocol with the purpose of mitigating potential impact to cost, time and scope.
- Establish and maintain client and contractor relationship.
- Design and implement change management plan to support the human element and successful transition to business-as-usual processes.
- Ensure business process changes are maintained post-implementation and deliver expected benefits.
Education & Experience
- Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. PMP/AGILE PM/ Lean Six Sigma or related Project Management qualifications are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years airline experience within Crew Resources or other Airline Operational streams. Minimum 3 years project managing the implementation of Crewing or airline operation projects.
