Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supermarket Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. This role requires leadership, organization, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth store performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise floor staff and assign daily duties

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

Ensure store cleanliness, product display, and adherence to safety standards

Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly

Oversee cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation

Train new employees and monitor team performance

Support store manager in administrative and operational tasks

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus

Minimum 1–2 years of retail or supervisory experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
