We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT Solutions team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth within the IT sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT solutions market within the UAE region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their IT needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s IT solutions.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and regionally as needed.
