- Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with project requirements and company policies.
- Source and evaluate suppliers to secure the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and quality teams to understand material specifications and requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to streamline material delivery and storage.
- Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management review.
Experience: 2–3 years in procurement within construction / oil & gas sector
Joining: Immediate joiner preferred (Visit Visa / Cancelled Visa candidates will be an advantage)
Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Good knowledge of vendor management, RFQs, LPOs, and material submittals
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Familiarity with procurement procedures in ADNOC, TAQA or similar clients will be an added advantage
