* Minimum 20 years of total IT experience, with at least 3+ years as Head of IT / CIO for a GCC based bank. * Proven experience leading IT functions within the GCC banking sector (UAE experience strongly preferred) * Strong understanding of technology strategy, governance, risk, and operations within a regulated financial environment * Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multi domain teams across infrastructure, applications, and digital * Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at C-level across regional and group functions * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
