We are looking for a well-presented and professional Receptionist / Front Desk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, handling inquiries efficiently and ensuring smooth front-office operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages.

Manage front desk operations, including visitor logs and appointments.

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.

Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and packages.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Able to handle pressure and work efficiently.
