???? Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and medical centers across the UAE.
- Present and demonstrate the Yalha platform to healthcare professionals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to optimize client onboarding.
- Report activities and contribute to Yalha’s growth strategy in the region.
???? Profile Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical or dental sales,
- or a dentist seeking a transition into commercial/business development roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional appearance and punctuality are essential.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Arabic, French, or Russian are strong advantages.
- Must already hold a valid UAE visa (family, freelance, or sponsored).

- Base salary + performance-based commission: AED 20,000–35,000/month depending on experience and results.
- Probation period: 3 to 6 months.
- Potential for rapid growth to Sales Manager or Medical Partnerships Lead roles.
