Key Responsibilities of a Real Estate Executive


  1. Property Listing & Marketing
  • Source and list properties for sale or rent.
  • Prepare and publish high-quality listings with photos, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Promote properties through online portals, social media, and marketing campaigns.


2 Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Understand clients’ property needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.


3.Property Viewings & Negotiations

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Ensure fair and transparent communication between all parties.

4.Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new developments.
  • Advise clients on market conditions and pricing strategies.


5.Documentation & Legal Compliance

  • Prepare and manage property-related documents (MoUs, tenancy contracts, title deeds, etc.).
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.


6.Sales & Leasing Transactions

  • Assist clients with property sales, purchases, and leasing.
  • Coordinate with developers, mortgage advisors, and legal representatives.

7.After-Sales Service

  • Provide post-sale or post-rental support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business.

8.Team & Company Support

  • Collaborate with team members and share market insights.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Participate in company training, meetings, and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills for a Real Estate Executive



1. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build client relationships.
  • Ability to present properties and negotiate effectively.

2. Sales & Negotiation Skills

  • Persuasive and confident in closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and client handling.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.

3. Market Knowledge

  • Understanding of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and property market trends.
  • Knowledge of different property types, communities, and developers in Dubai or the UAE.

4. Customer Service Orientation

  • High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver personalized property solutions.

5. Organizational & Time Management Skills

  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple clients and listings.
  • Efficient in scheduling viewings, managing documents, and following up on leads.

6. Technical & Marketing Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and property listing portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media promotion, and basic photography for listings.

  • Ability to resolve client concerns and handle objections tactfully.
  • Analytical mindset to assess property values and market trends.
