Legal Assistant

Job Summary:
The Legal Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to lawyers and the legal team. The role involves preparing legal documents, maintaining case files,

 conducting basic legal research, and coordinating communication between clients, courts, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Draft, review, and format legal documents and correspondence.

·       Organize and maintain case files, contracts, and legal records.

·       Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments.

·       Assist in filing legal documents with courts or government agencies.

·       Conduct basic legal or factual research as needed.

·       Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information.

·       Support lawyers in trial preparation and document management.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Additional Requirements:

·       Willing to relocate to Dubai.

·       Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).

·       Non-smoker.

·       Male candidate.
