Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives and Customer Service Support to join our growing team at Insource Prime, a leading provider of business setup and corporate services in the UAE. This is a field-based role involving outdoor marketing, lead generation, and client engagement—perfect for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor marketing activities to generate leads and promote Insource Prime’s services
• Visit target locations (business centers, retail areas, etc.) and interact with potential clients
• Distribute marketing materials and explain service offerings in a clear, confident manner
• Assist in organizing small promotional events and activations in target zones
• Follow up with prospects and support the sales team in closing deals
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads generated, and daily activity
• Collaborate with internal teams for marketing coordination and campaign feedback

Skills

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or promotions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with field-based activities and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
• Energetic, well-groomed, and confident in presentation
• Proficiency in English: Verbal & Written (any other languages is a plus e.g Arabic)
