Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and growth strategy for both BOFTech.ai and BOFPay.ai. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving brand visibility, lead generation, and product adoption across digital and institutional channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for BOFTech.ai and BOFPay.ai aligned with business objectives and group branding.
Manage all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and content production.
Coordinate brand positioning, messaging, and communication assets across all platforms.
Plan and execute lead-generation funnels for B2B and B2C clients, optimizing acquisition cost and conversion rates.
Work closely with product, sales, and compliance teams to align marketing activities with regulatory requirements and product releases.
Manage agency relationships and external vendors to ensure high-quality creative output.
Lead market research, competitor benchmarking, and data analysis to identify trends and new growth opportunities.
Oversee event participation, sponsorships, and digital campaigns in partnership with fintech and payments ecosystems.
Produce periodic reports on marketing KPIs and ROI across both entities.

Skills
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or AI-driven SaaS.
Proven track record in growth marketing and brand building across digital ecosystems.
Strong understanding of digital funnels, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.), and marketing automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
