Job Description:

§ Assist in developing and executing real estate marketing strategies, including property listings, new projects, digital campaigns, and events.

§ Manage day-to-day marketing activities across social media, property portals, email campaigns, and company website.

§ Oversee content creation, property photography, videography, brochures, and virtual tours while ensuring brand consistency.

§ Conduct market research, track campaign performance, and prepare regular reports to optimize marketing efforts

Skills

Qualifications: 

§ 35 years old and below.

§ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with solid real estate brokerage experience.

§ Strong communication, copywriting, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and project management abilities.

§ Creative and adaptable professional with an eye for design/branding and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
