About the Role:
TN Copy House is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage our daily online presence. The ideal candidate knows how to plan content, shoot videos, and publish consistently across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage a monthly social media calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and post content daily — including reels, carousels, stories, and short videos.
- Use tools like Canva, CapCut, or Filmora to design visuals and edit videos.
- Shoot product and behind-the-scenes videos inside the print shop.
- Write engaging captions and hashtags that match the brand voice.
- Monitor trends, track performance, and suggest creative ideas to increase reach.
- Coordinate with the production team for photos, updates, and promotions.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
- Hands-on skills in Canva, CapCut, Filmora, or similar tools.
- Confident in shooting and editing short-form videos (Reels/TikToks).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok algorithms.
- Organised, creative, and consistent with posting schedules.
