Role Overview:
Healsway seeks an experienced AVP of Sales to lead luxury carved furniture sales in the UAE & GCC markets. The ideal candidate has strong regional networks, ability to close high-value deals and experience working with interior designers, developers, and high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales strategy for Dubai & GCC for luxury carved furniture
• Acquire enterprise & premium customers (Hospitality, Luxury Villas, Interior Design Firms)
• Convert high ticket client requirements and manage custom project orders
• Build & lead regional sales performance with reporting and pipeline management
• Work with operations & design teams on pricing, delivery, client solutions
• Represent Healsway in trade shows, client meetings & partnership events
• Maintain knowledge on market pricing, trends and competitor furniture brands
• Ensure strong after-sales relationship and brand reputation in luxury segment
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8-12 years B2B sales experience in luxury interiors/furniture sector preferred
• Minimum 3 years in a senior or team lead sales role
• Proven ability to close high value deals and meet revenue targets
• Strong GCC market understanding and channel partnerships
• CRM reporting skills and strong negotiation/presentation communication Language
Requirements:
• Arabic – mandatory (conversational or fluent with reading and writing)
• English – mandatory (business fluent)
• Urdu/Hindi – must have (due to client and internal communication needs)
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Sales/Marketing preferred)
• MBA preferred but not required
