We are looking for a Saleswoman of Luxury Arabic Abayas to join our team at a retail store inside a mall in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for Arabic fashion and customer service. The saleswoman will work in a dynamic environment, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. She is expected to have strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs, helping to drive the store’s sales. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of luxury abayas that reflect Arab culture and express elegance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and assisting them in selecting the right abayas.
  • Ensure the store is tidy and organized, with products displayed attractively.
  • Have detailed product knowledge, including materials and designs, to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through personalized recommendations and upselling.
  • Handle payments and financial transactions accurately.
  • Participate in inventory checks and ensure product availability.
  • Communicate with management regarding any customer or product-related issues.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve the shopping experience.
  • Participate in promotional events and help raise awareness of new products.
  • Train new staff on store policies and procedures.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Previous experience in retail, preferably in fashion or accessories.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Passion for fashion with a good understanding of cultural trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and meet set targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Adaptability to different work requirements and the ability to handle pressure.

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and related technology.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb new product information efficiently.
