About the Role:

We are hiring a professional, presentable, and customer-oriented Receptionist for our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience in front-desk operations or administrative support, preferably in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and message coordination
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support meeting room bookings and scheduling
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front-office operations

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Previous UAE experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
