About the Role:
We are hiring a professional, presentable, and customer-oriented Receptionist for our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience in front-desk operations or administrative support, preferably in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and message coordination
- Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support meeting room bookings and scheduling
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front-office operations
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Previous UAE experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
