Coordinate the planning, setup, and breakdown of exhibition booths
Work closely with design and production teams to turn technical plans into successful builds
Read and interpret floor plans and venue layouts accurately
Supervise on-site teams, vendors, and contractors during installation
Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Ensure timely project delivery while keeping quality, safety, and budget in mind

Skills

Age is around 30-year-old.
3- 5 years’ experience in Exhibitions, events, trade show or construction related project coordination.
Able to read and understand floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of exhibition build-up processes, booth fabrication, installation, dismantling, logistics and venue regulations.
Understanding of materials and production methods (wood, metal, printing, AV, Rigging, electrical, lighting)
Familiarity with HSE(health & Safety) guidelines for events and exhibition halls.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); preference will be given to candidates who can also speak Arabic or Hindi
With UAE Driver’s license
Reliable, organized, and proactive on-site and off-site
