About the Role

We are seeking motivated and ambitious Sales Executives based in Dubai to promote our AI-driven Business Automation, Cybersecurity, and Business Software solutions. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about technology, business development, and achieving measurable sales results.

You will work closely with business owners and decision-makers to help them improve efficiency, security, and growth through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads within the UAE market for IT and Cybersecurity Business solutions.
• Present and demonstrate product value to business clients and decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and client follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity records using CRM tools.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position along with Fixed monthly pay. Details of the commission structure will be shared during the interview.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of B2B or B2C Sales experience (IT or Software industry preferred).
• Location: Must be currently residing in Dubai/UAE with a valid UAE residency.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Technology, IT, or a related field - Preferred
• Mindset: Highly self-motivated, customer-centric, target-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-based structure.
• Skills: Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Work Style: Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
