Sales & Business Development Manager – Shipping & Logistics

We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Business Development Executive with strong experience in shipping and logistics. The main responsibility is to bring new clients, increase revenue, and grow our sea cargo and freight services. Key Responsibilities Acquire new clients for sea cargo and logistics services Generate new business and revenue growth Promote company services to importers, exporters, and logistics clients Manage sales for container handling (loading/unloading) Handle shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, manifest, etc.) Coordinate customs clearance for shipments Negotiate freight rates and close profitable deals Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business Develop strategies to expand market reach Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in Shipping & Logistics sales (mandatory) Strong knowledge of:Sea cargo operations Container loading & unloading processes Shipping line coordination Freight brokerage & rate negotiation Shipping documentation and customs clearance Proven ability to bring new clients and achieve sales targets Excellent communication & negotiation skills What We Offer Attractive salary package High sales commission based on performance Long-term growth opportunities in a fast-growing company
