Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Elevator Service Sales Executive to associate with our team. The Service Sales Candidate is responsible for promoting the business through Elevator Maintenance (AMC), repairs, and modernization business from both new and existing clients. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a customer-focused approach to deliver value and grow business in the elevator service sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying New Business Potentials for Elevators & Escalators Maintenance (AMC) from open market and internal / exciting customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for elevator maintenance, repair, and Modernization business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- Proposal Development (facilitate with Price working knowledge).
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client requirements.
- Provide basic technical information to clients and coordinate with technical staff for complex queries.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Technical Knowledge & Supports.
- Meets and exceeds assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Customer Relationship Management and Development.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to the Service Sales Manager.
- Achieves as a team to bring the organisation in all aspects and to refighting with better working atmospheres.
- Foster positive relationships within the organization to improve teamwork and alignment.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the elevator or related industry (e.g., building services, construction, or maintenance).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical information.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
