Overview of the Role

Join our dynamic Sales team as a Sales Executive for Volvo in Oman. In this pivotal role, you will drive the company’s sales objectives by achieving monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets. You’ll be the face of Volvo, delivering first-rate service to both current and potential customers, and continuously promoting our products to create a quality service culture. 


What You Will Do

•  Achieve or exceed allocated monthly sales targets and maintain company-prescribed sales policies and procedures

•  Accurately record all customer activity using C4C or similar OMASCO-provided CRM systems

•  Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales by meeting objectives

•  Handle cash and credit customers in line with company procedures to ensure safety and minimize loss

•  Continuously improve selling techniques and customer handling skills

•  Assist in showroom displays and actively participate in company events to promote Volvo products

•  Sell accessories, 3M protection products, and add-ons

•  Stay updated on the automotive industry, product range, models, features, and benefits

•  Analyze market situations, identify customer needs, and explore new sales opportunities

•  Prepare and improvise reports to meet management requirements

•  Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager within the scope of the role


Skills

Required Skills to Be Successful

•  Strong English written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is a distinct advantage

•  Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling executive or luxury vehicles

•  Strong mathematical approach and analytical skills

•  In-depth knowledge of the Oman automotive market
