Job description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Oncologist to join our esteemed medical team.
As a Radiation Oncologist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering precise radiation therapy to cancer patients, aiming to maximize treatment effectiveness while minimizing side effects.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
Responsibilities Evaluate patients to develop individualized radiation treatment plans based on diagnosis and clinical findings.
Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, surgeons, and healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
Administer radiation therapies and monitor patient response to treatment, adjusting plans as necessary.
Provide patient education regarding treatment procedures, potential side effects, and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Stay current with advances in radiation oncology and participate in research or clinical trials when applicable.
Private Health Insurance Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance Bonus Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Radiation Oncology.
Valid medical license allowing practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in radiation oncology preferred.
Strong knowledge of radiation therapy technologies and treatment planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and medical teams.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of medical advances.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
