Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive surgical evaluations and perform surgeries for infants and pediatric patients, ranging from common to complex cases.
Develop individualized surgical care plans in collaboration with pediatricians and other specialists.
Manage preoperative and postoperative care to optimize patient recovery and minimize complications.
Provide clear communication and compassionate support to patients' families regarding surgical procedures and care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Keep updated with the latest advancements in pediatric surgery and implement best practices within the clinical setting.
Participate in continuing medical education and contribute to training and mentoring junior staff or residents.

Valid professional medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
Proven experience in infant and child surgical care within reputable healthcare institutions.
Strong expertise in pediatric surgical procedures and knowledge of neonatal and pediatric anatomy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and medical colleagues.
Ability to work efficiently in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
