Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to support the company’s financial operations, reporting, compliance, and process improvement activities. The role involves preparing financial reports and management accounts, supporting audits, monitoring budgets and cash flow, handling VAT and regulatory reporting, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations. The Finance Specialist will also contribute to ERP system management, internal controls, and continuous improvement of financial processes while supporting coordination across departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA considered an advantage. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, VAT, audits, and financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Excellent knowledge of IFRS, UAE tax regulations, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is required. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
