A reputable and well-established multinational pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a sales team leader for their Dubai office.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Participate in setting realistic forecasts, develop plans and resources to ensure achievement.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a pharmaceutical or medical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector preferably in OTC or consumer healthcare in the UAE.
  • Native Hindi speaker is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
