Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections on elevators, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues in elevator systems, employing advanced problem-solving skills.
• Install new elevator systems and components, adhering to blueprints and manufacturer specifications for optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests, minimizing downtime and ensuring passenger safety with effective solutions.
• Collaborate with construction teams to integrate elevator systems seamlessly into new building projects, enhancing overall functionality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service records, repairs, and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and client transparency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in electronics or mechanical engineering preferred for foundational knowledge.
• Valid elevator technician certification or license, demonstrating adherence to local and national safety standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in elevator installation, repair, and maintenance within a commercial or residential setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for precise installation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and control technology, ensuring effective problem resolution.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, allowing for accurate diagnostics and efficient solutions.
