Responsibilities Assess and diagnose patients with traumatic injuries and orthopedic disorders.
Perform complex trauma and orthopedic surgical procedures, including fracture fixation, joint reconstruction, and arthroscopy.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including rehabilitation guidance.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and recovery processes.
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records complying with institutional and regulatory policies.
Keep abreast of advancements in trauma and orthopedic surgical techniques and technologies.
