About the Client:
One of the trusted names in metal fabrication, based in Dubai.
Job Description:
? Manage end-to-end façade projects including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, steel structures, and aluminum systems.
? Coordinate with design, procurement, production, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
? Oversee project planning, shop drawings, technical submissions, installation activities, and client approvals.
? Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, project timelines, and commercial requirements.
Qualifications:
? Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager within the façade industry
? Extensive technical expertise in curtain wall systems, glazing, cladding, steel structures, stick-built systems, and unitized façade solutions.
? Demonstrated experience managing large-scale façade projects valued at AED 100 million or more.
? Must have Valid UAE driving license
