- Develop comprehensive business architecture frameworks that align with organizational strategy and goals, ensuring all business processes and technology support overall objectives.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and IT capabilities, fostering a culture of cross-functional teamwork.
- Create detailed documentation of business processes, including workflows, models, and impact assessments, to provide a clear understanding of the current state and future improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business architecture, process improvement, or a related domain, preferably within a corporate environment.
Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, BPMN, or Certified Business Architect (CBA) that demonstrate expertise in business architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology, with a proven track record of implementing business architecture initiatives that drive strategic goals.
