We're Hiring - Presales & Technical Onboarding Executive (UAE) Arabic speaker. Based in Dubai.
Opt Culture is a leading omnichannel customer engagement & loyalty platform, trusted by retail, D2C and F&B brands worldwide. We're looking for someone who can wear two hats: front-end the sales conversation and own the client through to go-live.
What you'll do:Run product demos and presales conversations with prospective clients who show interest via the website, marketplace or partners. Act as the account manager once a client signs — own the relationship end to end Onboard new clients and coordinate closely with our onboarding & technical teams until the client is fully live Be the client's trusted point of contact, ensuring a smooth, confident launch
What we're looking for:Arabic speaker - this is a must (English fluency too) Comfortable presenting and demoing software to business stakeholders Strong coordination and follow-through skills Background in Saa S, retail tech, loyalty, or account management is a plus Based in the UAE
