Roles & Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic procurement office to manage the bank’s supply of products and services. He/ She will be responsible for identifying cost-effective deals and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services in line with the banks policies and standards.

    •  Develop, lead and execute sourcing strategies.

    • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

    • Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.

    • Assess and mitigate risks related to procurement activities.

    • Determine quality, quantity and timing of deliveries.

    • Monitor and enforce compliance with procurement policies and procedures

    • Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors.

    • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery and invoices

Desired Candidate Profile

  •  

    Experience

     3 years to 5 years


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

    • Additional Certifications in CIPS preferable
