Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements specific to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for property management, focusing on timely billing and collections to maintain cash flow.
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting for real estate projects, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee tax compliance and reporting for real estate entities, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform detailed property accounting, including depreciation, amortization, and asset management to optimize portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with property managers to reconcile operating accounts and resolve discrepancies swiftly.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Mandatory experience in ESCROW and TAS.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, providing a solid academic foundation.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate accounting, demonstrating familiarity with industry-specific challenges..
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
