Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for branding and creative services.
Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand branding, marketing, and creative requirements.
Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and commercial presentations aligned with client needs.
Convert qualified leads into closed deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
Drive client retention, repeat business, and upselling of additional services.
Coordinate with design and project management teams for smooth client onboarding and handover.
Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or internal tracking tools.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the creative and branding space.
Share regular sales updates and market insights with management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG/advertising/printing/insurance industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
Languages: Hindi and English proficiency.
