Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for branding and creative services.

  • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand branding, marketing, and creative requirements.

  • Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and commercial presentations aligned with client needs.

  • Convert qualified leads into closed deals and achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.

  • Drive client retention, repeat business, and upselling of additional services.

  • Coordinate with design and project management teams for smooth client onboarding and handover.

  • Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or internal tracking tools.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the creative and branding space.

  • Share regular sales updates and market insights with management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG/advertising/printing/insurance industry.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.

  • Languages: Hindi and English proficiency.
