Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Prepare HVAC, ducting, piping, drainage, and plumbing drawings.
Develop coordinated MEP drawings and resolve clashes with other disciplines.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.
Incorporate design changes, RFIs, and site instructions.
Ensure compliance with local authority and project standards.
Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and timely submissions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Drafting.
3–5 years of experience as an MEP Mechanical Drafter.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP knowledge is an advantage.
Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, water supply, and drainage systems.
Experience in construction, fit-out, or contractor environments.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
