Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of MEP installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality control plans, checklists, and documentation to track compliance and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to address any non-conformities and implement corrective actions effectively.
  • Perform regular audits of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field to ensure a strong technical foundation.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in QA/QC roles within MEP sectors to demonstrate expertise in quality assurance methodologies.
  • Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma Green Belt to validate knowledge of quality management systems.
  • Experience in high-rise buildings or large-scale infrastructure projects, showcasing familiarity with complex MEP systems.
