Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and finance activities across Group companies.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and consolidated accounts.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate internal and external audits.

• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.

• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes.

• Lead and develop the finance team.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced Finance / Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of multiple division within our Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Masters’ degree OR Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) is mandatory.

• 8+ years of finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• UAE experience is mandatory

• Experience managing finance functions for multiple entities or a group structure.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and compliance.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
