Roles & Responsibilities

1. Identify where AI and automation can save time or improve results across the business — sales, marketing, customer/partner support, operations, admin, and finance — and implement the solutions end-to-end.

2. Build and maintain automations and AI agents (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier, LLM-based workflows, API and MCP integrations).

3. Set up AI-assisted processes for outreach, content production, support, and data handling.

4. Create and manage AI-generated content — images, video, graphics, and voice — for marketing and social media channels.

5. Continuously research new AI tools and models and recommend clearly what to adopt and what to skip.

6. Help build and run automated testing and monitoring so internal systems and workflows operate reliably.

7. Document workflows and train team members to use AI tools effectively as the company grows.

8. Work directly with the founder with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, without being confined to a single department.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Demonstrable, hands-on experience using AI tools across more than one business function — not just a single use case.

2. Strong practical knowledge of LLMs, automation platforms, and basic AI agent/RAG concepts.

3. Sound judgment in selecting the right tool for each task — and in knowing what should not be automated.

4. Fast learner who stays genuinely current with the rapidly changing AI landscape out of real interest.

5. Excellent written and spoken English, with reliable, self-directed remote working habits.

6. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to own tasks end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment.

7. Able to work with significant overlap to Dubai business hours (GMT+4).

8. Plus: light scripting ability (Python or JavaScript) and comfort with APIs/webhooks.

9. Plus: experience producing high-quality AI-generated media (image, video, graphics, or voice).

10. Note: this is a generalist, tools-and-automation role — not a specialist software-developer position.
