Job Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate group medical insurance data to support business decisions
Review corporate medical insurance proposals and assess associated risks
Underwrite new policies by determining appropriate coverage, benefits, and pricing in line with regulatory guidelines
Collaborate closely with the sales team and brokers to deliver timely and informed underwriting decisions
Contribute to process improvements and ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field)
· Knowledge of insurance principles or relevant certifications is a plus
· Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
