Roles & Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Project Manager with 10–15 years of construction experience, including 3–5 years in a Project Manager role. Candidates must have UAE contracting experience, strong project delivery capabilities, and experience managing stakeholders, budgets, schedules, quality, and subcontractors. High-rise building project experience is preferred, along with strong commercial, contractual, and leadership skills.

  • Proven experience within the contracting/construction industry.

  • Experience managing projects where the Client, Consultant, and Developer are independent entities and not the same organization.

  • Strong background in the delivery of building construction projects; high-rise project experience is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience managing construction projects from inception through completion and handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Project Manager role.

• Minimum 10–15 years of overall experience in the construction industry.

• UAE experience is mandatory; Dubai project experience is a strong advantage.

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with all project stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, construction methodologies, cost control, procurement, contract administration, risk management, and project execution.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.

• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
