Roles & Responsibilities
Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers
Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements
Maintain supplier database and procurement records
Coordinate with project, finance, site teams and other department
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in procurement within the building construction industry
Strong knowledge of civil works materials, subcontractors, and supplier sourcing
Experience in vendor management, price negotiation, and purchase order processes
Familiarity with UAE construction market and suppliers
Strong coordination and communication skills
Available in UAE preferred
