Roles & Responsibilities
Overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of MEP works.
Coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Review of drawings, material submittals, method statements, and project schedules.
Monitoring project progress, manpower, productivity, and budget control.
Ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and ELV systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification:
Experience:
8–12 years of experience in MEP construction projects.
Minimum 8 years in a Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer role in the UAE/GCC.
Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Candidates must be available in UAE
