Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Powder Coating Engineer to join our steel and pole manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the powder coating process, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee powder coating operations for steel poles and fabricated steel products.

• Monitor surface preparation, powder application, and curing processes.

• Ensure coating quality meets company and customer specifications.

• Identify and resolve coating defects and process issues.

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

• Coordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams.

• Train and supervise powder coating operators and technicians.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in powder coating or surface treatment within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in steel fabrication, pole manufacturing, or metal coating industries is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of powder coating systems, pretreatment processes, curing ovens, and quality control procedures.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
