We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join our MEP contracting and construction company. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across MEP contracting and construction sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and key industry stakeholders Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company growth targets Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming tenders/projects across the region Lead pre-qualification and registration processes with new clients and consultants Coordinate with estimation, proposals, and technical teams to support bid submissions Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, opportunities, and market intelligence for senior management Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization in coordination with management Overall Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5–8 years of business development experience in MEP contracting or construction UAE market experience is required Strong network within the construction, MEP, and consultancy sectors Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus Competencies Strategic thinking and market awareness Relationship building and stakeholder management Results-driven with strong commercial acumen Strong communication and negotiation skills Adaptability and resilience in a competitive market If this sounds like you, apply now and take the next step in your career with us.
