Role Description In this full-time, remote AI Engineer role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI models that power Harmonic AI’s emotionally intelligent Agents for property management workflows. You will work on end-to-end model development, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and optimization of neural networks and NLP systems. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and domain experts to translate property management use cases into scalable AI solutions and refine them based on user feedback and performance metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and integrating APIs, improving pattern recognition pipelines, implementing monitoring and observability for models in production, and ensuring reliability, security, and compliance in deployed systems. You will also contribute to technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and help drive best practices for responsible and transparent AI across the organization.
Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Hands-on experience with Software Development, including building, testing, and deploying production-grade services or APIs. Practical expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, with experience training, tuning, and evaluating machine learning models. Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text classification, dialogue systems, or conversational AI. Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages used in AI/ML (such as Python), and familiarity with common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensor Flow). Experience working with cloud platforms and MLOps practices (CI/CD for models, monitoring, model versioning) is preferred. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team, with clear communication and a focus on documentation and collaboration. Experience in real estate, property management, or Middle East markets (UAE/KSA) is a plus, as is exposure to designing human-in-the-loop AI systems.
