Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Specialist role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Specialist will manage a personal portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including listing, marketing, and conducting property viewings. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and financing options, as well as negotiating offers, preparing documentation, and guiding clients through the full transaction process. The role involves generating new business through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners. The Real Estate Specialist will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate property listings, timely updates, and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including local Dubai/UAE market trends and regulations. Experience in Sales and Real Estate Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage client expectations professionally. Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in English; additional language skills in Arabic or other languages are an advantage. Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong time management, organization, and attention to detail. Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools for lead management, property listings, and reporting. Previous experience in real estate brokerage or property consulting in the UAE is highly preferred. Relevant certification or license for real estate practice in Dubai (e.g., RERA certification) or willingness to obtain it.
