Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Marketing Executive role based in Dubai. The Field Marketing Executive will plan and execute local marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for the company’s mortgage services, including events, outdoor activations, and partnerships. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients in the field, distributing marketing materials, and representing the company at property expos, community events, and relevant industry gatherings. The person in this position will collaborate closely with sales and mortgage advisors to align marketing activities with business goals, track campaign performance, and report key metrics. Daily tasks also include market research, competitor analysis, and suggesting improvements to increase brand visibility and customer engagement in the region.
Qualifications Proven experience in field marketing, sales promotion, or a similar client-facing marketing role, preferably within financial services, real estate, or a related industry. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences in person. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including planning events, coordinating activities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of marketing principles, lead generation techniques, and local market dynamics in Dubai. Comfort using digital tools for reporting and coordination (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, email marketing tools, and collaboration platforms). Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Dubai market are an advantage. Driving Licence is Must Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in field marketing or sales.
